補給站樂器(Supply Station)成立於民國89年3月12日，當時懷一顆赤子之心成立這間樂器行，想讓學校社團學生比較容易找的到我，還有可以做比較完善的售後服務，萬萬沒想到會遇到這麼多有志一同的學生朋友，來一起打拼這個事業，這是我的幸運，能擁有最好的行業、擁有最好的人才，看著大家成家立業，二十年如一日，更難能可貴的是，全部的夥伴都能堅持成立這公司的理念！
「誠信服務，客戶至上」的理念，不斷堅持正確的方向，把服務變成我們平日所展現的習慣。雖然我們沒有閃亮、高而不可攀的教學巨星，但我們堅持培養人才珍惜人才，對音樂樂器行業有興趣者我們都會盡全力來栽培，這也是我們公司的驕傲！
二十多年來在補給站樂器連鎖成長，無論是目前連鎖店夥伴，或是在各處正努力經營自己的事業，我們深信從補給站樂器出來的朋友，都會無時無刻注重服務的精神，萬一沒辦法做到盡善盡美、口碑100分，也會應求盡心盡力、誠以待人、服務至上，未來更需要現在的夥伴，把您的經驗與專業一代一代傳承，給對這行有興趣的朋友繼續完成我們的目標，達成我們的理念，最重要的是讓全體夥伴都有自己的事業、自己的理想，把興趣變事業，這並不是達不到的理想，而是我們真正能夠實現的夢想天空！

Supply Music Chain was setup on Mar 12th 2000, it’s the second largest musical instruments chain store in Taiwan now, have 8 direct-sale stores，and have our own factory (Music City musical instruments Co., Ltd ), the factory is responsible for repair many kinds of musical instruments, assembly, production and also it’s the warehouse. We are the largest manufacturer of musical instruments bags in Taiwan, OEM for a lot of well-known brands, products through the non-toxic and tensile testing and has a variety of patent certificate, and awarded MIT (Made In Taiwan) smiling mark, quality assured.
Supply Music use “professional, integrity, service, quality” forour business purposes, we have agent Gator, Altamira, SUGARCREEK, PING-WELL, Pangolin, Amigo, Taiwan headway, Rainbow, J & D, 如意國樂 and so on in Taiwan.
Our factory (Music City musical instruments Co., Ltd) is Taiwan Taylor professional maintenance of the designated factories, providing convenient customer partner service, create a higher commercial value.
Our company has established a complete structure of production, maintenance, marketing, and we have our own factory warehouse, with its own sales channels and also set up the business to expand product promotion, providing customers with the most complete services.
